Youth Pastor Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor to lead and grow our ministry with young people and their families. This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week, with the potential additional 7 hours working alongside our amazing 24-7 Youth Workers team in local schools.
About the Role:
As our Youth Pastor, you will:
- Work closely with our Pastor and leadership team
- Develop and deliver vibrant youth programmes and discipleship pathways
- Build strong relationships with young people and their families
- Equip and mentor youth leaders and volunteers
- Foster a love for Scripture and help young people understand and apply God’s Word
- Engage with our wider church community in mission and outreach
Who we’re looking for:
A follower of Jesus with
- A deep love for God’s Word and a desire to teach it faithfully
- A heart for young people and a passion to see them grow in their faith
- Strong communication and relational skills
- Initiative and creativity in ministry planning
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Some experience in youth leadership or ministry (training opportunities available)
